By the grace of Allah the Almighty, Humanity First Uganda has successfully inaugurated the Humanity First Orphanage, a newly established orphanage located in Kabende, Fort Portal, Kabarole District. The inauguration took place on 02nd November 2025, marking a major milestone in Humanity First’s commitment to supporting vulnerable children across Uganda. This life-transforming project was made possible through the generous support of Humanity First Germany, whose partnership continues to empower humanitarian work throughout the country.

The event was honored by the distinguished presence of Amir & Missionary In-Charge Uganda, Al-Hajj Muhammad Ali Kaire, who also serves as the Chairman Board of Trustees of Humanity First Uganda. Additionally, two senior officials from Humanity First Germany traveled to Uganda to witness this milestone. The ceremony was further graced by the Chairman Humanity First Uganda, Mr. Mubiru Haruna, along with several HFU programme directors, volunteers, and community leaders. Their presence added great significance and spiritual value to the occasion.
The Humanity First Orphanage is designed to serve as a safe and nurturing haven for up to 40 children, offering them a place where love, dignity, and care are central. The facility includes secure and well-designed residential spaces, access to education and healthcare, nutritious meals, and emotional support to ensure healthy growth and development. It stands as a symbol of compassion and a practical expression of Humanity First’s mission to serve mankind without discrimination.
Humanity First Uganda is also pleased to announce that the first 20 children will officially move into the orphanage in January 2026. Preparations are underway to welcome them with warmth and care, marking the beginning of a hopeful new chapter in their lives. For these children, the orphanage will not just be a building—it will be a place to heal, learn, and dream again.
The inauguration reflects what is possible when faith, service, and global cooperation come together with sincerity. It is a testament to the dedication of volunteers, donors, and partners who believe that every child deserves a chance at a brighter future. As this new home opens its doors, it does so with prayers, hope, and the promise of transforming lives—one child at a time.
We pray that Allah the Almighty blesses this initiative, protects the children who will call it home, and rewards all those who contributed to its establishment. May the Humanity First Orphanage continue to be a beacon of hope for generations to come, Insha’Allah.
