Across the world, the most vulnerable in society are suffering hunger, loneliness, depression and often lack proper shelter.
Humanity First Uganda believes that everybody should be able to live in dignity and safety irrespective of the social standing or mental health condition. Our Community Care programme aims to support the most vulnerable in society such as older people, the disabled and the homeless. We offer outreach services, food and hygiene packs, social events and projects, and resources for the disabled. Assisted 62,900 beneficiaries to date.
In every society, people are suffering poverty, loneliness or from mental health issues. Humanity First supports the most vulnerable to accelerate their ability to fend for themselves.
Humanity First Uganda has several community care programs to alleviate the hidden human suffering from various challenges in life due to age, gender, language barriers, physical disabilities and remote communities.
We believe in taking care of all walks of life, whether those with disabilities or the elderly who lack support. Our community care programme aims to support the most vulnerable in society including the disabled, older people and the homeless to give them dignity and security with outreach services, food, hygiene packs, support groups, social events and additional resources that match their specific needs.
